This is a pair of Traxxas Unlimited Desert Racer GTR Blue Front Shock Springs.

Progressive-rate blue springs for 134 mm GTR shocks are custom-wound to provide responsive control for small bumps, with a progressively stiffer rate to absorb harder impacts. GTR springs are offered in different rates to tune your suspension performance or compensate for lighter or heavier vehicle configurations.

The higher the rate, the firmer the spring. (0.833-rate white stripe) (Sold in pairs)
